Operator overloading is something that can be rather obscure: You use your normal operators and expect them to do what they usually do, but with overloading you can redefine the usual outcome. This is something to be used with care, since you typically don't want to make your code more obscure than it already is.

The talk should enlighten those who are familiar with object oriented programming, but haven't touched the overload subject.
